Ted Jonathan is a poet and short story writer. Born and raised in the Bronx (he spent far more than the first ten minutes of his life there) he now lives in New Jersey. He’s been featured at The Bowery Poetry Club, Cornelia Street Café, and many other venues. His work has appeared in many magazines and anthologies. Translations of his work have appeared in Russian and German magazines. He’s been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. His chapbook Spiked Libido was published by Neukeia Press. Bones & Jokes, his most recent full-length collection of poems and short stories, has been published by NYQ Books (2009). His forthcoming poetry collection Run will also be published by NYQ Books.
