Beth Kaiserman is a food and drinks writer in Brooklyn. She is a freelance contributor to Forbes.com and has written for Brooklyn Magazine, Edible Queens, The Journal News and others. She was a featured journalist on Muck Rack in August 2018. Last year she produced the Latke Festival at Brooklyn Museum with Great Performances to raise money for The Sylvia Center.
