Stephanie Phillips recently completed a memoir called, “Glass Half Crazy: True Stories of Sex, Sanity, Divorce and Hollywood”. She is an LA-based writer with a semi-successful list of credits that spans the media gamut from television and film to the Internet and theater. In 2010, her original screenplay, Revenge of the Bridesmaids, which aired on ABC Family, was nominated for a Peoples Choice Award. Her other credits include being on a number of TV writing staffs, most notably Clueless (Paramount), Grace Under Fire (Carsey Werner) and Kimpossible (Disney). Original television pilots include Rehab (MTV), Seizureworld (TV Land) and Making It (Spelling TV). Development work on original projects includes Ex-Husband for Sale (ABC Family), Falcon and Finch (Klasky-Csupo), Chloe and Whats-her-face (Disney), Casa De Usta(TV Land), Fairyland High (Disney), and numerous others.
Stephanie is new to the world of story telling. In the past two months, she has performed at Taboo Tales, I Love a Good Story, Shine and, as of tonight…. Word The Story Telling Show.
