Joe Mulligan has performed Stand Up Comedy combined with musical improvisation in more than 40 states and all over the world, learned back in the 80s on the mean streets of New York City. He has acted off Broadway, has written music and performed in several bands, taught Improvisation, and has lectured on the Roots of the Blues. Joe is currently shooting a short film, “Muck”, here in NYC.
