Arianne Shaffer

Arianne ShafferTelling stories to urban audiences on brightly lit stages in dimly lit bars, Arianne spend much of her time in worlds of raconteurs of all kinds. She offers storytelling workshops to a wide range of people including artists, peacemakers, social justice advocates, entrepreneurs and philanthropists. She is the collector, archivist and writer for Love Letters to a Friend — a project that she developed as an ongoing, online archive of love letters. Currently, she is a Toronto based consultant for clients such as Kindle Project where she is the Communications Director and the Indie Philanthropy Initiative for which she is the Director. Additionally, Arianne works with clients internationally as a communications and strategy consultant using storytelling as a model for organizational change and leadership building. She premiered her first solo storytelling show, A Lover Improper at the Toronto Fringe Festival in 2016.
