Carol Schlanger is an author, playwright, former sit-com writer and currently a working film and television actress. Her one woman play Mouth to Mouth received two L.A. Dramalogue Critics Awards. She recently appeared at Sadie on the hit TV Show Transparent. Her most iconic film credit was Carol Harmon in China Syndrome. Her Pop Culture Personal Narrative FAR OUT (I Bought the Commune) is soon to be published and was previously optioned for a series.
A former artist in residence for the Jewish Women’s Theatre, Carol is bi-statal and lives both in L.A. and Deadwood, Oregon where she has been growing great greens organically for 40 years . Born and raised in N.Y. she is delighted to be back and recently celebrated the birth of her first grandchild Ezra.
